A CHARTER ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LOUISBURG, KANSAS, EXEMPTING THE CITY OF LOUISBURG, KANSAS, FROM CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 1970 SUPP. 15-201 INSOFAR AS THE FIRST PARAGRAPH THEREOF RELATES TO THE OFFICE OF CITY COUNCILMEN, AND PROVIDING VARIOUS SUBSTITUTE AND ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ON THE SAME SUBJECT, INCLUDING PROVISIONS FOR THE TIME, METHOD AND MANNER OF THE ELECTION OF COUNCILMEN IN SAID CITY.
