Before any person shall fish or take fish in any manner from the Louisburg City Lake, that person shall obtain and have in their possession, a valid fishing license issued by the State of Kansas.

It is unlawful to operate a motor boat, except boats outfitted with electric trolling motors with a rated horsepower of less than four, on the lake at any time.
