Article 7. Storm Water Utility Management

15-701. Storm water utility management fund.

There shall be and hereby is established a storm water utility management fund.

15-702. Storm water utility management charge established.

There is hereby established a storm water utility management charge of $4.00 per utility account per month. This charge shall be collected as part of the monthly utility billing for gas, water and sewer; said charge shall be due and payable as are these utilities.

15-703. Maintenance and use of storm water utility management fund.

A separate fund shall be maintained for storm water utility fees and expenditures, and revenues derived from the storm water utility management charges shall be placed in this fund for use in the management of storm water.
